50th Offer Room Avails

Have been keeping an eye for some time on the 50th offer room availability and it seems they’re being very tight with it. At the moment there’s no Coronado rooms available with the offer and only pirate rooms at CBR. A few weeks ago they had most room types.

So either there’s been a huge influx of bookings, a small amount of rooms ring fenced for the deal, or they’re cutting available rooms to push you towards deluxe resorts.

We were all set on booking Coronado and should’ve when we first saw it and now don’t have the offer avail. And really don’t want pirate rooms at CBR but likely going to book them and switch when a different room or resort become available

The standard rooms at csr are still available for our dates. I suppose it depends when you want to go but remember a lot of availability will have gone with 20/21 rebookings and it’s still ongoing with current travel restrictions . I added on a separate 4 nights to ours and was told availability for all deluxe’s was very tight for our dates. Alot have booked as the offer is dire but better than nothing. Have you tried other companies who have allocation ?

Not yet. Going to look around but with the blue card discount and quidco / Top cash back and changing flexibility we were keen to book direct, but of course if the room we want isn’t available then we might not have a chance to!

I’ve found rooms categories come and go. I would book your least worst option with an aim to check regularly and change if your preferred option comes up. Remember AKL now has an opening date so people may change to it from CSR. People change and cancel all the time.

I'm in the same situation at release standard 5th sleeper rooms were available at CBR but I couldn't make my mind up whether to do May or August. Finally made a decision went to book only preferred rooms available at a cost of another £900 which I could not justify for location alone and no other benefits. Thought I would wait it out but now no preferred rooms either! I will keep checking to see if standard rooms become available or maybe if por opens up but I don't want to just book whatever is available because if neither of those become available I'll be booking the dolphin instead.

That’s the plan. Book then hope to change and keep the 50th offer valid by getting the right sort of room type

I just changed my dates this morning and there was still good availability on my new dates. But there's always been a small allocation for UK offers - they don't release all resort rooms for us to book as most are held back for domestic bookings. They definitely come and go though as either more inventory is released or people's plans change, so keep checking back.
