Booking universal hotel on their site

Hi all

I am an AP yet to start using it.

But, if I book an onsite hotel with this discount but then cannot travel due to Red listed still, can I cancel? Get a credit? Any other options?

I have booked for this September using my yet to activate AP and can cancel up to 5 days before arrival free of charge. I'm not sure but I think after this you lose the 1 night deposit paid for the room.

Generally you pay the first night on booking and the rest when you are there.

It is really easy to cancel and request a refund, it takes about 5-7 days to go back in your card or at least that�s been our experience in the past.
