Well I’m ≈≈≈≈≈≈ off big time. I requested my medical notes and I received them today and my psychiatrist thinks I’m lying about my psychosis. He also thinks I’m lying about the tourettes too, I’ve ticced in front of him plenty of times so no idea why he thinks that. Honestly I’m so bloody done.

I’ve requested a new psychiatrist so the gp is going to contact psychiatry and get me a new one.

Edit: apparently he wasn’t saying I was lying I just misinterpreted it. Oh well, I still don’t trust him anymore.

I’m really struggling. I feel like I have no emotions, I feel like my family doesn’t care, I feel like no one cares.

Last week I had an assessment by a cpn. To see if they’ll give me a cpn again, that’s 6 months it took them to assess me for it, Christ.

Currently away for the week and as the weeks gone on I’m just getting more tired and flat.

Just seen your post, i'm sorry I can't suggest anything that might be helpful, so hopefully someone with more expertise might be along soon.

In the meantime, have you got your camera with you or your cameraphone? Might help to just try and take some photos, of anything, even just random things like finding lines in things or patterns or specific colours etc, even if its not your preferred subject or style, if your eye and your creative mind is busy, it may help. Apologies if it doesn't, what works for one person doesn't for everyone.

So sorry your not feeling so good Hexy, but remember you have been like this before & come thru it. Are you away for a break or working on your photo portfolio? I've seen your photo's and to be honest they really are amazing, your obviously very talented at that. Can you just sit for a while where your are and study the area around you to take your mind away from being low to thinking about just how beautiful the scenery is? Then plan some new pictures to take?
As for no one caring that is not true and you need to accept that there are people who care about you & 90% of the time you know that. As Shutterbug says your DIBB family care & you know your family do care. We all know things are difficult for you at times but look how far you have come, you have never just given up you have sorted things out without any help that some of us could never have done! You underestimate yourself far too much!
Now get on and take some more beautiful pictures please & concentrate your mind on what your obviously very good at .

I didn’t take my camera with me, couldn’t be bothered. I took a couple pictures on my phone though.

We’re back at my nans now, then going home tomorrow.

Im just so tired. I feel so awful.

We were in Norfolk

[THE WIZARD]

Oh we were in Norfolk a few weeks back, it was so hot but it was just nice to be somewhere other than home & the dog loved being on the sand dunes and on the beach.
No camera and even your pictures taken on the phone are so well chosen.
