Yes it is even the non dolphin visit is but wait for the Black Friday deals.
We do it mid way through as it’s a lovely wind down , we’ve been 4 times now .

Excited about Disney

We loved dc, it’s such a lovely place. I wouldn’t do it on the first day (just personal preference). I think it’s such a relaxing day that we always prefer it midway through our holiday to recover from our full on schedule at the parks.

Another vote for midway in holiday. A day to completely chill out. Even without the dolphin swim it is always very good value. We love Aquatica as a waterpark too. X

I think my husband has been to Orlando at least 8 times now.I have cheekily managed to clock a few extras :-) . DC is the only thing he insists on doing on every visit. i agree that it is not really ideal for the first day because of delays etc also we find we are powered by excitement in the first few days but about half way through we appreciate the peace and relaxation of DC.

Like others have said I wouldn’t do it first day
But it’s definitely one of the best days out in Orlando

We've been twice before, one with dolphin swim for twins birthday, and second visit without. Loved both visits, and will be returning for 2022 if we can. Another vote for midway visit. We usually go for a month, and after a couple of weeks we are ready for a nice relaxing day.

We go to DC on every trip, it’s such a restful day which is needed mid holiday. We have booked the dolphin swim twice but the other visits we haven’t bothered. I’d definitely recommend it .

Yes! 100% yes! We did the swim on the first visit, which we all enjoyed but we're on our 4th visit next year so not doing the swim, but will go and spend the whole day relaxing, preferably on a lounger with a bud light lime while the others are snorkelling in the grand reef! But I maybe wouldn't do it on the first morning, as you want to make the most of the whole day!

I don't normally go for long enough to warrant it, but it would definitely be on my list for a 2+ week stay. Agree with the others to do it midway, it's a nice break from being on the go so much.
And if you're planning on going to Busch/Seaworld, it's a really economical way to get tickets for those parks as they offer a bundle price. |
