There are 2 villa owners here with homes on Southern Dunes Julie BO1 and TGT

just a general enquiry really.
Looking ahead when going with family and would like somewhere walkable to shopping and food.

It is very walkable to 2 supermarkets Aldi is a little further but still a safe walk
Dollar Tree Dollar General Market Big Lots CVS All walkable
The club house it’s self does good food ,you also have Mannys Dora’s Papa Johns Egg City Sonny’s pit BBQ R eatery all walkable 2 Chinese take outs Hungry Howies Popeyes
Again all walkable
It’s a manned gated community mixed short term rental and full time residents
Many of the villas back on to the golf course it’s a very well kept community
Has a community pool children’s play area etc
There are some beautiful villas on the Dunes but as every estate it’s up to individual owners how they keep their homes

I’ve only just seen this. Our home is on Southern Dunes and we love it. It’s so peaceful being that bit farther out. But it’s close enough to get to the parks if you want to.
As Helen (Gryff) says there are loads of eating places in walking distance. And a huge Walmart right at the entrance. It’s gated and manned 24 hours. Brilliant clubhouse that does decent food too.
