Power Banks

Forgive me if this should have been in the tech forum but I can’t find it lol.
I’m looking to replace my portable iPhone charger. Or power bank if that’s the correct term.
Doesn’t need to be too slimline. I’d like at least 3 charges out of it and possibly 4. Whilst my phone is charging I’d like to be able to use it to for surfing the web, sending texts.
When down to zero charge left I’d like it to recharge the power bank from mains in around 6-8 hours.
Something around the £20-30 would be good if possible.
Now I’m not techy in any way shape or form, so does anyone have suggestions please?
So far looked at Anker and something called INIU which I’ve never heard of but gets good reviews.

Anker will be a pretty safe bet.

For 3 charges of an iPhone you want something 10,000Mah or above. If it may be used for a tablet as well then double that.

10,000mah should be around £15 and a 20,000mah one £30 typically.

Thank you. No I don’t charge my tablets using a power bank, so it’s just for the iPhone. I thought Anker was a good make but I did read of people saying that the charger took 16 hours to fully charge again? That seemed excessive. Maybe I got it wrong.

You will want to look at the PD (Power Delivery) models then which are about £10 more.

The 10,000mah ones charge in about 4.5 hours but need a 20w charger block. They also charge the phones quicker as well.

Carolyn. After some recommendations on here I bought this one from Amazon. Gone down about £5since I purchased it 2 years ago. Over 23000 reviews!

amazon/Anker-Power...ronics&sr=1-10

I can spend a whole day in a Park doing FP's and constantly popping on to the BBC and Sky news websites and if I have it connected to my iPhone I find that after 8+ hours the phone is still at 90%+ charged.

Edit I also bought a cable about 4" long so in my hand I can hold the phone with the charger tucked under it - I have big hands mind!

That seems perfect Tom. Umm sorry to be dense cable?
So you don’t connect it to the phone with the normal lightening thing?

So I’ll investigate a charger block and PD? Thank you.

Ahh that’s interesting so I will have to allow a good ten hours then. That’s longer than my current ones, but not a problem though.
