follow this guide link in 1st reply


you will fresh install windows 10 you dont need to uninstall, at some point it will advise you are about to overwrite the old system

BTW another poster suggested factory reset from bios but im not entirely sure how you would do this. I personally would just install a fresh copy of windows 10

for an license key goto ebay and search 'windows 10 oem key'

can be had for @ £3.99 its just sent via email

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped and advised me. It was so easy to do (thanks to your advice) and now my son has a new laptop that runs perfectly. Love the Dibb x
