Magical Express - Thomas Cook

Hi there

We are flying out with Thomas Cook this year and catching the Magical Express to our resort. Do I need to book our places on it (if so, where would I do this) or, will we just be picked up like a normal transfer coach? Only asking as I'm sure I read somewhere that we have to book our seats on it so just a little confused.

Yes book it on above link but as your from UK I've turned up and just got on it no problems.

Hi,
I've went with TC for the last 2 years and each time they've phoned me approx 2 wks before to confirm that I want booked onto the ME. They then confirmed this via email.
If you're going soon just give them a quick call to get booked on it.

Thanks everyone. No one told me any of this in TC so it's a good job I asked. We don't go until the summer so at least I can sort it now.

She we went with TC (admittedly in 2015 so a while ago) the TAs tried to tell me that if I didn't take up the car hire, they could provide a coach transfer instead, for which they would charge me! They looked totally blank when I mentioned I could use the ME.I booked it myself on the link provided. I certainly wouldn't have trusted TC to do it for me but maybe your local branch is better than mine!
