I've not been to Disneyland yet but these are what I have on my list to try:

Lapu Lapu - Polynesian - Ohana
Hippomaitai - Polynesian - Trader Sams (just want the cute glass!)
Grey Goose Citron Lemonade Slush - Epcot (France) - Wine & Champagne Kiosk
Tipsy Ducks in Love - Epcot (China) - Joy of Tea Kiosk
Godiva Chocolate Martini - Contemporary Resort - California Grill
Grapefruit Cake Martini - Hollywood Studios - Brown Derby (going to ask for the supercute hat glowcube in it too!)

Candyfloss Martini - Disney Springs - Trex (havnt been able to fit this one into my plans as the restaurant is too loud for my children if Rainforest Cafe at Disneyland Paris is anything to go by).

Can't not have a glowtini. Trader Sams at Polynesian looks impressive and it's on our list for our next visit

Check out some dining reports my last ones include a LOT of cocktails! MissFortune's trip reports are also good for cocktail voyeurism.

Epcot is ace for cocktails, Cava del Tequila and the kiosk in France are must dos.

We also loved Abracadabar at Boardwalk.

I love the Magical Star that they do at most Disney bars.

Next on my list has to be Trader Sams at the Poly, it looks amazing.

Edited at 12:16 PM.

I've still got head freeze from the Lobsterita in Red Lobster, that was last year. 😳 One drink lasted all meal, the one in the ten inch glass!
I love a Mohito from anywhere and. Russian Mule, with my name I have to have vodka with most meals! 😉

Some of my faves..

Lapu Lapu @ Ohana (served in a pineapple)
5 O'Clock Somewhere & Incommunicado @ Margaritaville (seriously strong)!
Pina Colada @ Bahama Breeze (extra shot of dark rum on top).
Cosmo anywhere (only about $4 at Millers if you have the house Vodka

Yard house has a great cocktail list too!

I've tried quite a few in our seven Disney trips, but the one that blew me away was, yes, another vote for the Lapu..I asked if I could take it back from the lounge at the Poly to our resort WL... No problem...Tho I did get a few funny looks on the monorail...

And the alcoholic dole whip at animal kingdom and at Epcot.
Wow, an alcoholic dole whip! Sounds a must 😋
