I rang dead on 12 and the message said 2 hours. I just didn't believe it so I hung on and was connected within 10 minutes. I think they put that message on just to deter people from calling

Seems to be part way there. Shows dinner times but when you try to choose, it only goes to 2.30.

I have a breakfast booking for 28th August but I wasn't able to book anything today for lunch or dinner. They told me although they have no idea when it will be available it will be tomorrow at the earliest. The CM didn't have a clue what was going on but rang Guest Services to check
