Can I hire a car to be picked up at Cabana Bay?

As the title really. I am currently deciding wether to use uber etc or hire a car.
If I was to hire s car could I get it delivered to Cabana bay?
That way I could hire it for a week in the middle of our trip to go to Disney.
If so which companies would do it?

Car on the drive is one I know of... (I'm sure there are many more though...)

We are also staying at Cabana Bay in the summer and debating whether to hire a car for a few days. I believe there is a Hertz car hire desk at the hotel, so we may look into hiring a car through them.

The nearest are Hertz on site. Or Alamo down at the Four Points on I Drive a 15 min walk.
