Adding on DDP after booking

Hi all, quick question for a friend, we've never stayed onsite so can't answer this one myself.

My friend has just booked their first trip with a travel agent to stay for 10 nights at All Star Sports, they have bought their park tickets too. Am I right in saying the free DDP dates have not been announced yet? When they are us she allowed to add this onto her booking and will it cost her anymore?

Sorry if these are basic questions but we've always stayed off site.

When is the holiday? Free dining has finished for 2018 and we're waiting for it to be released for 2019. Accommodation and park tickets have to be booked together as a package to get free dining, or even to buy a dining plan. If her holiday is in 2019, then they can ask their agent if it can be added once released, but it's up to the agent. Some are better than others. All Stars is a value resort, so only gets the free breakfast offer, which is actually a quick service credit that can be used for any meal, so more versatile than it sounds. It can also be upgraded to qsdp and full ddp at a discounted rate.

Ah I see, she's going this September.

In that case, the current free nights offer is the last one for 2018. The next offer will be for 2019, so they've got the best available offer. They'd have needed to book before November last year to have got free dining.
