SeaWorld Orlando Profits Soar

Orlando-based SeaWorld Entertainment Inc has indicated a 300 percent rise in profits last year.

The owner of SeaWorld and Busch Gardens theme parks said it earned $77.4 million in 2012, according to updated regulatory filings, more than triple the $19.1 million it made in 2011.

Total revenue rose 7 percent to more than $1.4 billion at SeaWorld, which owns 10 amusement parks in the U.S., including five in Florida.

They are my fav parks in florida and they are making an effort with new atractions and value for money ticket wise is great...long may it continue

Disney and Seaworld have seeing year on year increases in visitor numbers for several years now despite the recession.
Universals increase in footfall could be down to Harry Potter opening a few years ago but despite all that it comes down to one word - BRAZIL
