Someone damaged our car (update)

Well my wife works for Morrisons, she is registered disabled owing to a chronic back complaint so she has a blue badge and parks in the disabled bay. Well she came out and found this

It doesn’t look like a car it looks like someone forced a trolly past. It has creased the metal as well as scraping the paint. We won’t use our insurance just take it to a body shop. I know it won’t be cheap aren’t people lazy and inconsistent.

We already know the car park doesn’t have cctv, only inside the store.

That's a shame. Hope it doesn't cost too much to repair?

You think they would have left details. But typical of so many selfish sorts these days. They probably don't have insurance.

As said I don’t think it’s a cat it looks like a trolley, but they must have forced it through.

As you say almost certainly trolley damage. Sad to say but not going to be cheap. No change out of £450 maybe even £600.

We know Tom, our insurance excess is £250 but if we claim it will cost us more in the long run.

I agree with you ref the Insurance. I had to pay out of pocket when some ≈≈≈≈ keyed my last car. Scum.
Why oh why don’t people take more care and if they do something just admit it. Standards are gone in the main.

With all due respect Tom you don't accidentally key someone's car though!
Agree with the rest of your comment though.
