It will be in the flight price or paid by the airport. The whole plane has to do it so everyone can be released into MCO without further checks.

Damn. Really? Surely not everyone would be aware this was an option so not everyone would do it? Wouldn't you just get in a separate queue and if you hadn't been pre cleared you would get sent back into the correct queue? That system makes no sense and would make less money as not everyone would do it?

BHX really should try to up their game , think they could do well with such good motorway links around the airport. It was a shame when United pulled out

Most definitely, the demand would be there I'm sure.
I mean TUI to MCO pulled out of East Midlands and now at Birmingham. There's just no choice for us without travelling a long way.
Are you around Birmingham?

Everyone has to do it and they don't need to be aware it takes place in the UK as they would be prepared to do it on landing anyway. You go through pre clearance before boarding, it's possible a section of the airport in the gate area would be for US travellers only because as soon as the doors open in the US you walk out into the open airport - there are no queues to sent into the right one, you are free on go on your way.

Coventry , and we also have great motorway links .
We love TUI for our Florida trips so BHX is always first choice although I think that will change when they move to Melbourne in 2022. . Otherwise we do AL via BHX or Manchester if it’s the right price after factoring in parking/hotel costs !
