Is this correct,as this is what happened to us.
On our way to Australia,we were late leaving Birmingham,which then caused us,to miss our connection in Dubai.
We had to stay overnight & then fly the next day.
However Emirates said,we weren't entitled to claim,because there had been a medical emergency,on the flight before ours,which caused the delay.
