You don't have to but you can if you want too. I don't change mine.

As Bubble says it's optional to change hotel details on your ESTA but the vast majority of Dibbers don't bother. A few dozen Dibbers have flown into different states on the same ESTA without changing accommodation details.
Just put the current one in your API when you do it. Mick

Hiya Amy - afore we travelled on B2 visa we never completed flight/accommodation info on ESTA, it isn't mandatory. As Gadgey Mick said, API provides immigration with required info.

No ESTAs are valid for multiple entry and they is no need to change hotel or flight details if your plans change or for subsequent trips.
