I plan to start tomorrow, as Saturdays will be easier for me to weigh in. I will be donating to 2 charities, Parkinson's UK and The Heart of Kent Hospice, and whatever I lose, I will donate the same to both.

Made a good start yesterday I went through the cupboard and put what was left of the rubbish (biscuits crisps fudge) in a box which will be dropped off today at the collection point in the village for a food bank.
I dug out the 12 week food diaries that I bought last year and hardly used so I’ve made out a shopping list in the first diary and were going shopping this morning I struggled with lunch yesterday as I didn’t have any salad or cooked meat so just had some fruit. I used 5% fat mince to make a chilli and had it with coriander rice.

DH bought me the new pinch of nom book and I have picked out some recipes for this week. Im also logging my food on myfitnesspal. Plus I'm doing dryJanuary... I think I might be difficult to live with for a wee while! 🤣🤣🤣
