Hello, I emailed hotel admin to change our hotel for our Disney stay on the morning of Monday 18/01. I received a reply towards the end of the working day on Tuesday 19/01. I replied to this the same day but did not receive a response back till yesterday (Thursday 21/01). I have used them in the past and they are normally quite quick but you know… Covid and all that...
I'm sure they will respond soon enough. |

Think my replies have been averaging three days, we're currently on move number 4!
Bet they can't wait for the days of folk booking and actually going |

The patience they've had with me is unbelieveable. Hotel moves, ticket moves, ticket credits etc. I found that they were a little slower at the peak of the moves over the summer but recently have been about 3 or 4 days to come back but still endlessly patient and helpful to get things sorted (I'm anticipating moving my recently moved, september hotels!)
