Las Vegas shows - when to book
I'd like to see a show when we go to Las Vegas - don't mind what, but wouldn't want to spend a fortune! Would also have to be suitable for a 12 year old! When do you book and with whom, or do you wait to you get to Vegas? Any tips appreciated. I'm just putting together a guide book of tips and tricks for myself!

I booked tickets for one of the cirque shows a couple of months before we went but there were plenty of tickets available when we arrived for a variety of shows. Prices depend on what you see and where you sit. Most shows are suitable kids kids but avoid Absynthe!

If you want to book a specific show then I tend to book before I go and I’ll usually get tickets through the hotel website. We saw Criss Angel this year and Luxor sold the tickets through Ticketmaster.
We were a big group and some people booked shows at the ticket booths whilst they were there and got a discount. I think the ones they got tickets for were Mystere (Cirque), Criss Angel and Absinthe but there were lots displayed with varying discounts. |

I'm hoping to book when there. I'm not sure if my mum will feel up to a show, or what she'd like to see. Going to try and wing it which goes against the grain for me, as I'm normally such a planner.
