Mini golf and upgrading to Disney Annual Pass

Just a heads up I’ve spent about an hour and a half at three different desks - ticketing and guest relations trying to upgrade to an annual pass AFTER using the free mini golf before 4pm that’s included on the uk ultimate tickets.

Apparently it causes loads of problems because none of the annual passes include the mini golf so they didn’t have a valid product that they could offer me. Epcot ticketing made things worse by deleting the usage on my ticket to make it give them a price (which was then $30 more than the app had been offering me so I said no). When I went to my resort and asked for a price there they matched the app but then couldn’t get it to go through, saying they had a more basic system and couldn’t override it so sent me to guest relations back at the park. More than half an hour at guest relations and then phoning ‘the avengers’ for help they finally got it to work but kind of made me feel like I was conning them by using the mini golf first even though I had no idea it would affect it!

But I’m an annual passholder now! FINALLY! 💜

Thanks for the heads up. I thought you could do mini golf with the AP it was just using the water parks which causes an issue. What type of AP did you get?

I got the platinum plus so including the water parks so they didn’t cause an issue. It’s just that none of the annual passes include the mini golf so they were originally saying it couldn’t work. You would definitely need to go to a guest relations booth rather than ticketing!
