Magic breaks - cancelling/amending
Hello
Hoping someone may be able to share there experience with Magic Breaks We have a package booked with them for October and it includes the direct Eurostar Ive seen there updates and I am aware they’ll contact us to adjust nearer the times if the rules are in place still, the problem we have is were a group of people who work together and as our 2020 plans have all moved to 2021 there isn’t any weeks prior to October 2021 where we can all get the time off/ or doesn’t clash with anyone’s plans and only have dates up to Septembers for sale. We’re not sure if because we have the Eurostar in our package that means we have to move it and can’t cancel without losing money... so anyone’s going experience would be great Thank you |

Magic breaks told us we could amend but not cancel as we've bought a package that includes flights. Similiar problem, we want to swap to Dec 21 but the flights won't be available until January. Getting very complicated.

Hiya
I've just cancelled our booking with magic breaks yesterday with no charge - we were staying onsite but with no transport. We were booked for seauoI lodge which won't be open but after a few emails offering to postpone or upgrade etc I was able fo cancel. It felt horrible having to repeatedly say we wanted to cancel :-( x |

Might be worth checking that your train hasn't been cancelled. We were due to go in Dec and our direct train had been cancelled. I phoned eurostar and had a full refund. I booked our break myself disney and eurostar seperate.

Thanks for the replies, they have now let us cancel as the Eurostar was cancelled but we lost £28 but can cope with that in the scheme of things! Just got to wait 14 days and during that time someone will ring to get the info on how to refund... so not to bad!
They did try to get us to reschedule but next years prices for the times we could go we’re still silly even with them knocking some off. Hopefully when things are better |
