Next VIP sale?

I've placed 4 orders - all large ones. All stuff for our hols going on 8th Aug. Today the delivery dates have changed til end of Aug or sept for 3 of the orders. So they'll all be returned when we get back.

Blimey that's more than a bit annoying... fingers crossed though they keep changing but to dates again before your holidays , sale deliveries I've found over the years are very unpredictable

I've just had a live chat asking where my expected delivery was . Not even sure if going to store or home address. Agent unable to help and passed to another level
My prob arose while browsing "what happens if not in. Some delayed items are due while we away. Shock ! I ordered size 6r jeans for me and shorts ages 4 and 8. What is showing says all size 10 L. ! what is that about... even worse it says nothing else expected.
Well after 2 attempts to order failed at checkout, an agent tried to salvage what he could and entered himself. I have confirmation e mails.
Chat line a total waste of 30 mins as they had no idea what was happening and adv orders can take 14 days to reach me from sale, but they don't know where they are being delivered to ARGGGGGG

Everything is so hot and miss isn't it with deliveries, I ordered at 5pm Wednesday had a delivery to home Friday morning. Because my original order crashed like lots of others I ordered two more orders all different stuff but those are just showing as placed not picked and the two items I wanted most have delivery dates of 7th and 30th August , last year I had long wait dates and most of it showed up early only one thing was cancelled as they couldn't fulfill order. Hope you get it all sorted

I Looked at my email for my order and I have 2 of everything coming . I only ordered one of each so that lot will be going back when it eventually arrives. Absolute mess this year. Meadowhall management have been reported for letting in a customer early , to the actual sale , who scooped the children's clothes up and purchased the lot. Obvious where that lot was going. :angry:

Ooh naughty naughty... the sale was on in clearance shop where I work Saturday too, it's cheap in there anyway but people were shopping like headless chickens... I hardly ever buy anything from there it's pretty much the crud that's left over from sale that nobody wanted anyway ... until it's cheap as chips obviously lol

That's the same for me, ordered at 5pm Wed and couldn't believe my luck that all the things I wanted over 2 orders were available. Unfortunately I failed to notice that after complete order I never noticed the next part saying thank you.. never arrived ... both orders crashed. Out of 22 items we salvaged 8. Hopefully they will eventually arrive

Most of my order turned up today.

Packaging was awful! I know they pay per bag for the couriers but this was ridiculous. 25 items in one bag that was taped up and as soon as I picked it up by the handle the bag split and everything fell out.

How my lovely courier managed to get if over my side gate without that happening is beyond me, she must have folded herself over the gate!

Not just next though as I also had a Debenhams order come today, dds holy communion dress for next year, rammed into a tiny bag so it was all creased 😡
