Not PANICKING bt your help is needed for 1 day trip at weekend!
Hi all again
Help needed to finish short trip Friday-Saturday 21-22 Feb Booked a surprise birthday trip to Paris for me and to be 13 year old son. We are in central Paris for the day (Treasure hunt at the Lourve and Eiffel tower) heading off to Disney resort later. Check in Cheyenne and 9:30 BBWW. Okay that's day one sorted! Now i'm stuck a little. I Have EMH so how should I best plan the day? Has anyone spent just a day in Feb time? The last time went was 7 years ago... We like Buzz still and we love Studio's but would skip a few things... I suppose I ought to get updated maps? Also our Train departs from PGDN at 20:15 so we need to leave around 16:00 am I right? Not sure on the Train time back. And travelling light with small rucksacks what would you do them? What are the best travel ticket options for me? Sorry for many questions bt if you could help with any that would be helpful. As always any advice would be greatly appreciated

drop your bags at the luggage store inside the train station at DLP when you have checked out at the Cheyenne, if you have only 2 small backpacks they will fit in the smallest locker together, 5 euros for the day.
On a Saturday, definitely get to the main park for EMH - Saturdays are always very busy, plus its still French and UK school holidays on your trip. I don't think you'll have a lot of time to do much in the Studios, and you'll have to fastpass the rides if you don't want to queue for an hour or more for each one. For ropedrop at 10am - be at the entrance to Frontierland about 10-15 minutes beforehand, when the rope drops leg it to Big Thunder Mountain and take the left-hand queue where it splits. Enjoy, but be prepared for very busy! |

To get back to GdN should take you about an hour. You need to check in 45 min before the train leaves.

13 YO? I would stay in the main park not bother with the studios.
EMH- Orbitron, Space mountain, buzz lightyear, work to the carousel (its your holiday too, EVERYONE loves the carousel), tea cups, dumbo if the queues arent mad. 09:45 a choice, either be ready to go onto Autopia with a view to FP on BTM or be at the rope for frontierland off the main circle. Leg it to BTM. Go to indiana jones, POC, FP for peter pan (unless you FP on BTM). Food/refresh. Take it from there depending on what you like doing. If EMH is in the studios then crush! crush again! parachutes queues up fast, RC racer has single rider which is quick, ive gotten a couple of us on a single rider (behind each other). Aerosmith is good. Then run to the main park and FP BTM, do indiana jones, POC, break, use FP, buzz lightyear, space mountain, star tours and finish off with carousel (as I said, everyone likes the carousel) for one night, take plenty of dried food with you (we usually take dried fruit, nuts, cereal bars and squeezy yoghurts - UHT ones), the restaurants are a queue magnet so each dried food and get a baguette on the way to the train. Edited at 03:33 PM. |

KK20 thank you so much for your reply. No Autopia or Indiana open. Do you happen to know if Star tours is open on EMH ?

As we are to miss Dreams on Sat is it possible to watch fireworks from a hotel, restaurant or spot outside as we do not have a ticket for the Friday?

Not usually.
It is usually Space Mountain, Buzz and Orbitron in Discoveryland, and in Fantasyland it's Peter Pan, Dumbo, Teacups, Carousel, sometimes Snow White or Pinocchio, and very occasionally It's A Small World. If you get in 8am you can do all these as a walk on, and save yourself hours of queuing later!
