Thank you for is, I've been toying with booking a lounge and this has just swung it for me!

I'm trying to understand the HE cancellation policy. If I booked an airport lounge with them and then cancelled what would the fee be? I can only see a cancellation fee for parking and hotels?

Nothing, unless you pay with a credit card and then there's a fee so you would lose that but other than that, you can cancel any time.

Thanks for that, I have been looking for a few weeks for a deal on Gatwick No1 lounge. Sent my claim in, now just to wait.

We got ours for free, just to note you get your money refunded after you have used the lounge and it comes through 3-5 days later I didn't know this when I booked (not that it would have made a difference) but just a heads up. The package needs to be identical too ie word for word x

I've got Manchester T1 Escape lounge booked 10 Feb for a trip to Prague. Paid £33.98 through holiday extras a few months back. Should be £39.98 (2 people). Cheapest I can find is £35.99 through FHR 😕
