Holiday Extras Lounges - Free if

This has literally changed since Sunday. I made a booking and received confirmation this morning that the "Free if" policy would apply and my hotel would be free. Just looked for other members of my family and it's now "Never beaten on price" instead which I think means they would just refund the difference.

That has definatly just changed as when i done ours it was still Free ...pleased i saw it when i did and have now the email to say we are getting it free

Phew, luckily I managed to get our parking and hotel for free this year from Gatwick, however I've just looked for my parents a deal from Manchester and noticed it has changed... it was good whilst it lasted. I haven't paid for airport parking for the last few years thanks to this.

Here's hoping they see sense and bring it back

I've just had a look and it says that you may still get it free if you find the same thing cheaper , has anyone cancelled a lounge before, did you get all your money back I have just found out that I can get it cheaper with my timeshare company but it's been booked for a few months xxx

Check T&C's, I'd be certain you'd get all other than cancellation fee back
