We did it last time, not really worth it for the money, but I'm glad we did it (confused yet?). We would not do it a second time.

The candy was not worth it, we left tons in the hotel room as you get caught up collecting it. But the atmosphere was good, as was the projection show. And we ended up in the park until around 1am so the rides were quiet.

If it's not stretching your budget then may as well.

We're having a non-Disney trip again this year, but I caved yesterday and bought MNSSHP tickets for 16th August.

Not been to MK for 3 years so looking forward to just having a wander around. Have booked fastpasses for a couple of things from 4 onwards, if we can get on a few other things during the party it'll be a bonus, but not a biggie if we can't.

Last time we did MNSSHP (2015) i seem to remember it being really quiet on the rides during the parade etc, we rode BTM 3 or 4 times without getting off during the fireworks, then we watched the projection show and the goodnight kiss before a leisurely walk back to the car which we'd valet parked at the Contemporary.

Looking forward to it.

We have booked for MNSSHP for the first time this year. We are only in Orlando for 2 days before a cruise so this will be our Disney fix. We plan to go in around 4pm to make the most of our time. Does anyone know if we will be able to book fast passes ahead of time with just to MNSSHP tickets?

I booked it ages ago as I wanted to do an evening event and the after dark events hadn't been announced. I wish I had waited now, as I am not sure if it will be our thing. But we will give it a go.
