What’s the best way to get it sorted.
My plan is 16 nights last 2 weeks of August next year.
When we arrive (2 nights hotel)
Then 2 nights universal hotel.
Then a villa the last 10 or so nights.
Now flights are not released yet so that’s one issue. I don’t like messing people around but would love some prices for villas but don’t feel it’s fair to commit until the flights are fully booked. Is asking for a price with uncertainty messing people around. Or are people happy to receive enquiry.

I would put a request in if you are fairly sure of your dates. Those with availability will happily give you a quote. Your dates will be available soon so you should be able to firm up dates. At least you'll see who has availability and prices etc.

Use a Travel Agent to get a rough price and dates for flights and car hire, you are not forced to book with them, just ask for a quote and see what options they come up with. We did this with Travel Planners and ended up booking with them in the end as was cheaper than DIY (we were a group of 8).

Look at villas on here as owners seem flexible with dates as do on other websites. Work out where you want to stay, email and ask with a rough date in mind. Often they will hold it for you, tell them you are not sure of exact dates but as you say last 2 weeks in Aug you have more of an idea. They may hold it a few days either side for you.

What you have to remember is that there are thousands of villas to choose from so don't panic.

Edit - some only like to book Sat-Sat but some are flexible
