bedtime routine...

Evening all.

I hope my fellow dibbers can helps with an odd request.

My niece is doing a course relating to sleep problems and is trying to gather information about our bedtime routine

What she is looking for is the following...
1 Do you still have your childhood bedtime teddy / blanket or comforter?
2. Do you wear nightshirt/nightie/pj's or in the buff
3 Do you take a drink of water with you to bed
4 Do you read a book, watch tv or just go to bed to sleep?

1) still have my old teddy but don't sleep with him in the bed
2) I wear pj's, I can't sleep in nowt I find it feels odd 😳
3) I always take water to bed with me as I use it to take tablets before bed and sometimes wake up with a dry throat .
4) most nights I just go straight to sleep but if it's an early night then I read my kindle for a bit.
Hope that's what you wanted and haven't just given my life story !

2. Erm, I'm a naked sleeper. (Seems something odd to type on the internet, but there you go!)
3. No, but I often get up for a drink. I can't drink water that's been sitting about at night.
4. Watch TV, can't fall asleep in silence. (I blame my parents always putting on tapes for us at night; I'd still listen to The Giraffe, the Pelly and Me narrated by Hugh Laurie, if only my fiance would let me!)

My DD has my childhood teddy in her bed
Always wear pj's, can't sleep in the buff I'm afraid!
Don't take water to bed. If i'm thirsty I get up and go to en suite for a drink.
If I'm having an early night, I'll go to bed and catch up with the news on TV, on a weekday. it's lights off for me after that.

Nope !

Usually boxers

3 Do you take a drink of water with you to bed

Take but rarely drink unless I've been out on the beer that evening

4 Do you read a book, watch tv or just go to bed to sleep?

Tablet for a bit but to go sleep put on podcast

1. I had a comforter as a child but not anymore.

2. I like to wear my pj's

3. No never take water to bed unless I've been out on the booze
