I’ve just logged in fine using TB on my IPad.
You need to connect to the USA, then once connected make sure you log in to the US version of Disney website disneyworld.disney.go/ Then you should be able to log into your Disney account and go to magic bands and select, or whatever else you want access to. |

Thanks for the reply. I just open Google or Edge and go from there don't I? I've connected to the USA IP address on TB and it won't let me in to the Disney websites anywhere... I had thought maybe a pop up browser or a link to browse might come with TB but it seems not so I've tried using Google and Edge whilst TB runs in the background. does that sound right to you?
Make sure TB is connected like this ( see below ) 1st . Then go to your browser… I always use Chrome

Haven't tried it again either on laptop. However, when I tried logging on to MDE this morning on laptop, the usual uk site, it said my password needed resetting. Received an email from Disney saying it could be compromised so then chose a new password. I presume it knew I'd been on the US site... 😯

I sometimes get that message with TB & am beginning to wonder if it depends which server they use to route through. Tried just now and can’t access the US Disney site or Accuweather.com. Hopefully it will work later on.

Thanks all - I've done all of the suggestions before I posted and it still wasn't working. Tried again today on my phone and it did work, although very slow! Thanks again x
