Did OF sort it all for you? I hope so 🤞
My son has booked with OF and I'm feeling pretty nervous about it... he's chilled, I'm not 🙃 He's going the same time as me so still a while away but he paid in full ages ago. After reading other posts about OF and with booking parks in mind I asked him if he'd had any park tickets (bearing in mind he's paid in full) He was told sure, we'll have them with you in 14 working days. Nothing has turned up, I'm still nervous🙃 I don't know if it's just Momma bear warning bells going off but I do have a bad feeling about OF. Reading posts and threads like this breaks my heart to think of the shine taken away for much longed for holidays ☹️ |

I thought my villa info and rest of tickets would arrive 7-14 prior to my holiday. I too am getting stressed out as we go next Thursday (and i know it isn't 7 days yet!) but now i'm worried.
Has anyone else had any GOOD experiences with Ocean Florida recently to put my mind at rest?

I contacted OF yesterday, and had a response within a couple of hours. They have explained that they are overwhelmed with bookings at the moment, and vouchers will be loaded 7 days out. I have used them for every Florida holiday since 2015 and never had any issues.

Some very detailed TripAdvisor reviews on Ocean Florida. Sounds pretty grim experience for some 😔
Of course there's some good reviews too but flippin 'eck the nerves aren't eased at all . |

My son had a 'great offer' and jumped in 😒 I'm sure the majority of cases will pan out just fine 🤞 but leaving customers hanging until the last minute is just not good enough. It takes the shine out of the anticipation of it all. If they're quick enough to take your money at time of booking or months before they should have your holiday and confirmation references ready to pass on to you at the same time they've insisted on payment in full IMHO. Maybe that's just me being picky 🤔 it's been known before 🤣 |
