Linda
Neither of us drink tea but we have coffee down to a fine art. We know from experience that a big jar and a bit will see us through a 4 week stay. So we put a generous "bit" in a zip lock bag and take it in our cabin bag. This sees us through 2 or 3 cups at the overnight hotel and then goes to Florida with us and is usually enough to last when the big jar has gone. Being Yorkshire folk of course what's left in the zip lock bag comes back to the UK with us. We draw the line at bringing any leftover Coffeemate with us in a zip lock though - white powder in a plastic bag may draw a little attention. Mick

We drink decaf tea and coffee so I do take teabags as they are difficult to find in Florida.
In fact, thinking about it, I take decaf teabags wherever we go on holiday. |

I'm so glad I'm not the only one to take instant coffee (morrisons or sainsbury's) I cannot abide all these coffee places that take 20 minutes and 3 people to make a cup of coffee, I never know what to order anyway..lol
No seriously I just take instant coffee and tea bags for the OH... |

I always take tea bags with me, can't go without my PG tips! A box of 80 for £2 here, or, buy from Walmart for 4 x the price!

Thanks for the responses guys.
I agree about the 'when in Rome' type comments, but the main point was that I'll be needing coffee, and the late flight means i don't want to be traipsing around an unfamiliar Publix searching. Think I'll just take enough for the first day or 2, then pick some up. Cheers Just noticed... 9 days to go...

We dont take anything! I absolutely love those nasty little coffee machines in the room with their cheap coffee, powdered milk and sugar! 🤣 the smell and taste of those little bags in the morning makes me so happy! I usually only have a coffee in the morning and then thats it for the day.
I very much realise I'm in the minority with this! |
