Booking with the Walt Disney Travel Company - resort fees?

Looking at booking our hotel and tickets with the official Walt Disney Travel Company but staying in an official partner hotel (holiday inn or Hilton Disney springs). There is no mention though of the resort fee that I’ve seen on the other booking sites. Any ideas if it is already included in the price?

I would check with them but I asked this very question a couple of months ago to Disney. I was looking at the holiday Inn or the B resort at Disney Springs. I ended up booking a package with virgin holidays to stay at the b resort. They waive the resort fees for this particular hotel.

Anyway when looking at booking via Disney I emailed this address - disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com

This was their reply -
Dear Claire,

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney Travel Company International.

Our holiday packages include all resort fees, except for parking fees.

Just reviving this old thread as wondered if you ever booked and whether resort fees were in fact wavered?

I ended up staying onsite so I can not confirm that. Sorry 🤩
