Exclamation Phone Help Needed Urgently!

Sadly I am not in Florida nor do I have a trip booked but my teenager is mid way through a month long visit. On the outward journey their iphone was lost/stolen going through security. They are struggling without a phone but a quick Google tells me it's still the case that iphones purchased in the US don't have transferable guarantees etc - is that correct?

Any ideas how a phone could be quickly picked up there to solve the problem but which would be okay once back in the UK? Iphone13 if possible.

If it was me I would just buy a cheap android phone off Amazon or in Walmart to get me through the holiday. My last phone was £80

The lost phone can be sorted through insurance when she's home and get a proper replacement.

I'm pretty damn certain the warranty of Apple stuff is global, all you'll lose is the EU two year warranty protection.

As above. Apples protection is global so no problem getting an iPhone.
