Problem advance registration for DAS

I've been trying for advance DAS registration using Windscribe VPN set to Chicago and managed to get an agent but when it comes to accepting video chat, nothing happens.

I've tried tablet and phone, Chrome and Firefox browsers, cleared cache and allowed popups but cannot connect for video chat. My PC doesn't have video so cannot use that. I've also allowed video and mic on browser.

Agent sent me a link for chat which I copied and pasted into both browsers but got a connection not accepted message each time.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Sorry I don�t know why yours doesn�t work.
I�m not technical at all - but is your Wi-Fi connection fast enough?

We used Nord VPN and had no issues, maybe you could try another VPN?

Yes, wifi speed is Virgin cable 1,000Mbps, so no problem there. I tried Tunnelbear, as I saw others had success with that, but same problem.

I read on another thread that someone couldn't get a phone or tablet to work, but managed to register using a laptop. I tried a laptop, but no joy.

I've given up and will apply on our first day.
