Another vote here, generally use them for standalone hotel/accommodation bookings in other places as we have DVC.

I've used them for packages to Spain/Portugal but only hotels and tickets for Florida as I book my flights through Virgin flying club.

I've used them many times but not for a package holiday. I had reason to try and contact them last month when I was in the US ringing their international number. It cost me £56 to ring a number that was never answered. I sorted it out myself in the end but I was annoyed that no one was available to answer the phone when I needed advice.

They are ultimately owned by Emirates so a huge company.
I have had good service, sometimes the people on the phone are difficult to understand but always helpful is my experience.

Used TR for last minute and long planned holidays to the US.
Always brilliant to deal with and quick in answering any questions.

Just the hotel. Although, I have booked European packages in the past.

Never booked a full package with them, but used them many times for hotel rooms without issue
