Villas with community waterpark or slides?

I�ve never booked a villa before, so would appreciate some advice for communities I should consider please? Ideally I want to book a Dibb user�s villa rather than an unknown company.

My teens both love waterparks, waterslides and outdoor activities, and I�m thinking of doing a split stay at Portofino Bay first then the villa stay (no Disney). I�d also prefer to be a quick uber/lyft ride to decent amenities, as I don�t really want to drive.

Are there any communities I should look at which have private villa pools as well as waterparks or slides/splash parks we could use?

Magarittaville in Kissimmee, new water park and near to shops restaurants and short Uber to parks if needed.

Windsor Hills has slides and a big communal pool.

Excellent location especially for restaurants but be aware the waterpark is not part of the hotel/rental cottages. Annual passes are very reasonable if you are going to visit more than once. The cottages are also not typical villas and very few have private pools.

Other places that also have a waterpark/large communal pools are Solterra, Storey Lake Resort and Championsgate golf resort.

There are a couple of villas on Solterra here on the Dibb.

Great question OP. We�ve had exactly the same thought process. We were booked to stay at Storey Lake last August in an air b&b but covid happened.

Have a look at the Encore Resort at Reunion.

Really nice villas with private pools, a great water park and clubhouse on site, and loads of restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute ride at Champions Gate and on the 192.
