Change holiday details using app
I’ve already booked for next year onsite and receiving the Disney credits and want to increase my length of stay onsite same hotel. Can I do that using the Disney app or do I have to phone them up?

No. You can’t do anything online with Disney regarding the actual resort stay. You’ll need to phone them.
