Love a good thunderstorm! It will probably die out before it gets to the southwest! So far we have rain so it nice and refreshing after all the very hot days. Typically our dog doesn’t like going out for walk in the rain! (He was stuck inside with the heat!)

Nothing here yet, just hot, humid and overcast. We were at 21 degrees at 7.30 this morning. Fed up now.

We use westweather/lightning-strikes as a tracker. Lots off St David's in Wales right now, might be heading this way... eventually

It’s grey but still very warm here today. We were in Yorkshire last night and had a few massive spots of rain but it didn’t amount to anything. When we drive back home to Lancs we had quite a few flashes of lightning about 12.30am but no thunder. It’s looking like we might get quite a heavy storm this afternoon though according to the forecast. I think I might put the sofa cushions away now.😂
