42nd Street

Anyone watched 42nd Street on youtube this weekend? It's up until tomorrow.

I wasn't sure in the first half but I did enjoy it. Lots of very talented people in the cast.

Now for musicals week on strictly!

I didn't fancy it, I'd never heard of it, but we watched it and I thoroughly enjoyed it and had heard of at least 3 songs before (including the title song).

Tap dancing is incredibly precise. Quite hypnotic and sharp. You can't go wrong doing that else it would put everyone else off.

I didn't recognise any songs!

I realised too late it was on. Dd and I saw it in the west end a couple of years ago- it was just amazing. I don’t think you can beat a well choreographed and performed tap, I would have loved to watch it again.

I have seen it at various theatres including IOM, Colchester and west end. It a great musical of the day - many a well known toe tapping tune to be had (feel good )
