Hi, if your a Sky VIP then the offer should be on that or they send it to you via email.
I got offer sent by email, I then phone Sky but was told if I do it over the phone, I need to pay a £10 admin fee, so the Sky assistant talked me through it to do it through my email, was really quick and easy.
I’ve had Sky movies for a while, normally £19 but got discount to £14.75 per month, now have at £11pm, new contract for 18 months though.
Hope this helps

Oh, too late. Just signed up for sky TV. Not had sky since around 2004. But with covid and lockdowns etc this winter we thought we would have it to broaden our choices to watch. Got the normal package ,netflix and cinema for £36 month. Also get £55 off/cashback through perksatwork.com. Currently got Netflix at £8.99 and Amazon prime at 7.99 . Will cancel those for now.

Edited at 10:01 PM.

Darn , they should have told you that you can migrate your existing Netflix account to Sky rather than you take out a new one and cancel the existing one with a month’s notice. If your Q box isn’t yet installed you can still do that though.

After 8pm up to 11 sales is closed so you’ll get a tech agent who can do it ( lines are quieter then , it’s nuts at the moment , everyone back on lockdown so ringing to reduce costs or add stuff to watch)
You can also add it yourself by logging into the MySky app
