DVC Deed Changes

So, I finally had an email back from member administration as I need to transfer some DVC contracts into my sole name from joint names.

They suggest First American Title to do it. Has anyone else done a transfer (not a sale) and who have you used? I would like an option so I can compare fees!

A few years ago I used an American lawyer based in England his name was Kevin Burke it cost �350 (over 3 years ago)
