However, as its Easter we know it will be busy and my DH isn't a fan of queuing for more than say 45 mins for a ride. I a huge Harry Potter fan and haven't seen the new US area as yet so I'm keen to ensure we get in and get it done before the queues get too big.

The only other get up early we do is for HS to sign DS up for Jedi Training.

Other than those days my inner sloth will reappear and we'll be back to having a more relaxed morning

On our first visit in 2000 we were non-stop for 2 weeks and it took 3 weeks back home to recover! Since then our view ( well, my DW 's ) is " It's a holiday, not a bl**dy race ! " We did Florida 4 times in 6 years so we're chilled about it... although the little one will be hyper no doubt

First couple of days we'll doubtless be up by 6 or so until our body clocks 'adjust' - then it'll be back to normal - when all our timings end in " 'ish " as in 7'ish, 10'ish etc - and getting to the parks mid/late morning ( 'ish! ). Since our grand-daughter will turn 7 on this holiday, it'll just be parks and waterparks so I'm sure we'll do them to death

Doesn't look like either parks have early opening for the days we are staying at HRH 7th/8th May

Yeah I thought the same, we are staying 18th/19th may but it appears the entire of May does not early opening . Except the last week where it looks like Volcano Bay has the early opening. It's rubbish we don't get the early entry but at least we get FOLP which will help!
