We finally managed to buy our tickets for our trip in may and the tables for the BOG restaurant are now all fully booked (lunch and dinner)

I've been looking forward to going for well over a year but we could only afford to get our tickets recently. What are the chances of us rocking up one night and getting a table? There is a party of four of us but the other couple might go off and do their own thing...

I wanted a couple of bookings, I got one at bog when a dibber posted they had cancelled and the other at beaches and cream after going on to check every day. People do cancel just keep going on mde to check and am sure you will get something

Keep a constant eye your dates! People do cancel, so just be ready to jump in and maybe switch your plans if need be!

Just keep looking. You could also set up an alert on the touring plans website. I know this doesn't help you now but for fiture reference you don't need to have park tickets to book ADRs. You do need park tickets to book fastpasses

If you don't manage to get anything booked before you leave you could ask when you get there as there is a chance. When we were there in 2014 we wanted to go for dinner and asked at check in as soon as we got in the park. They told us to come back later in the day and we did and were offered a time but it was too late for us so we left it and made it a priority ADR the following year.

Definitely keep checking. I cancelled a lunch reservation yesterday and will be cancelling a dinner reservation once I have finalised our plans in the next week or so

Just so you know for future reference you can make dining reservations without having bought the park tickets. Of course you'll need to have bought them for park entry, but not to actually make the reservation.

Would you consider breakfast? I had a quick look and there are some spaces there, although obviously it would depend on your dates and how many seats you want.
