Our personal preference is the Bellagio. Love it there!

Excited about Disney

Just back from our West Coast trip and can thoroughly recommend the Signature Suites at MGM Grand. We booked a stay here through Hotels.com and also got a couple of free nights with MyVEGAS rewards (thanks to recommendations from JoS )
We had a Deluxe Suite (no balcony) but, due to a minor problem when checking in, were upgraded to one of the rooms on the very top floor (38th). DH is not keen on heights so wouldn’t have appreciated a balcony anyway We really enjoyed our stay here - room was great, huge king bed plus sofa bed, small kitchen area with fridge, microwave and hob, bathroom with spa bath and separate shower We actually preferred being in a non gaming, smoke free hotel and found the walkway between the Signature and MGM Grand really useful for getting to the monorail (which we used for getting to and from the convention centre). Walking to the strip through the Miracle Miles shops was fine too. Overall would recommend, especially if you can get a good deal. I booked early and got it for a little over £100 per night (plus the freebie nights from MyVEGAS). Free valet parking was a bonus too

Was deeply unimpressed by the bellagio. Fountain view room was great, but the hotel is just full of nasty people.
It's all about the money and showing off. I'm happier at Flamingo, or Excalibur. The room is just for sleeping in, so i don't really need to pay top dollar... |

Nasty staff or clientele? We have stayed a few times and never ever experienced ‘nasty people’. In fact our experience was totally the opposite and also the Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Has anyone ever stayed in Elara? Looks good on YouTube and my wife fancies it as she wants laundry and a fridge.
