Eurostar cancelled November!
hi folks!
Just logged into the Eurostar app, and it says my direct train for November is cancelled. Worth everyone checking theirs. Xx Edit: Website doesn't say it's cancelled. 🤔 Another Edit: Is the return journey. Says I can change one or both for free. I've used the online form to request a refund. 🤞 Edited at 09:30 AM. |

What date in Nov? We are due to go on 16th Dec. Still waiting to see what happens with that. The way things are I can't see us going. I'm hoping to get a refund.

The return on the 18th. Someone on Twitter is saying their February return has been cancelled.
I only discovered mine by logging into the app. X |

I've just logged onto the app and it's also saying ours is cancelled. They should be letting people know.

I've just phoned eurostar and it's right it's been cancelled. I've asked for a refund and he's processing it now said should have it in next 7 to 10 days. I asked to email me to confirm refund.

I messaged on Twitter, as I was worried that the online form would generate a voucher.
They replied in less than an hour, and have also processed my refund! X Edit: they sent confirmation via email. |

I don't understand why it's still showing when you look to book though.

Someone said they've heard that they're merging with another company or something. Not that I'd know why that'd impact on the Disney return trains.
Is all very weird, and cloak and dagger... it seems they haven't even informed the holiday companies/booking agencies. X |

The lady who I spoke to at Disney was shocked when I told her eurostar had cancelled the train. Its only going to get worse before it gets better. I'm hoping we can go next Dec if things improve.
