Discovery Cove cabana with large group?

It's possible that when we go to Discovery Cove, we may be 10 instead of 11, so could potentially get a cabana. Looking at the videos although it says maximum of 10, it looks like there is only 6 seats in the cabana. Has anyone done it with a larger group, and what was the experience like?

We had a group of 7 and at the time 6 was the max. We called and explained that we were a party of 7 but the 3 kids would be in the water pretty much the whole time so we didn’t really need 2 and they did let us book just the one. I think anymore than 8 would be tight though, I think we had 2 loungers, 4 chairs and a hammock.

We had a cabana for 8 of us, no problem at all, as really it was a base for my elderly mum to stay in the shade, she was very well looked after and we all used it as a meeting point. Really makes the day extra special. X

Thank you for the replies. I will have to wait to see if we are 11 or 10 before deciding, but it's food for thought...
