Townhouses

I am looking for a nice townhouse with clubhouse facilities and ideally no resort fee. Location isn't really an issue as only doing minimal park visits. Also ideas on who you book accommodation with, I'm a bit out of touch having stayed onsite for the last few years.

There are several dibb owners with townhouses on Emerald Isle Encandata and Regal Oaks to name a few
Why not put a request in the villa section and owners will reply

I've stayed at Encandata quite a few times and have copied what I typed earlier on another post which may help - I love Encandata and have stayed 3/4 times and booked to go back in October. I like the area as near lots of shops and restaurants, the community is gated, reception staff very helpful, resort itself is well maintained and never had any issues with noise or disruption.

The resort is a mixture of CLC timeshare 2/3 bed townhouses with hot tub that you can book with CLC points, through many travel companies or even AVOIS Points and the rest of the townhouses are 3/4 bed some with splash pools that are privately owned and managed that you can rent direct from the owners or through various sites. I've stayed in both CLC and a DIBB townhouse and in October are doing a mixture as the townhouse is not available for the last 2 nights. Just watch as if you book a privately owned villa all fees, wifi costs etc should be included but if you book with say AVOIS points you do pay an additional resort fee. Also in our case worked out cheaper booking direct with owner for bigger unit than direct with CLC.

I have stayed in 2 different Townhouses at Windsor Hills. I reviewed one of them which I have stayed at twice now and rented from the Dibb, the one I stayed at previohas now changed hands. Can really recommend this WH property if it is available for your dates.

Some of the newer resorts with townhouses and good free facilities are Solterra, Storey Lake, Windsor at Westside, Solara and the Retreat at Championsgate.
