Not bragging but...

Had a really nice week for 4 reasons;

Had parents evening and our 10 year old daughter (type 1 diabetic) is doing outstanding work, she is working at year 8 & 9 level (she is year 6) so they are putting her in for the higher level sats tests. She is such a good girl and tries her best at everything, she has also been given the main part in a up and coming ballet show!

My son, who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD has asked for his birthday to not have any birthday presents but to send money to save the children ! He watched the advert of the starving children and started cry and said they could have his food, I explained that was not possible so he now wants all his money to go to them... How sweet

My 13 month old baby has took his first couple of steps hopefully he will be walking properly for Florida in May (7 weeks) so he won't be stuck in the pram!

And last of all... I have lost 2 lb this week I have lost a total of 24lb since January and have another 7lb to go

So it's been a good week, just need some of this happiness, luck to pass onto my very poorly dad (cancer) but I will keep on praying for that!
