Parks have been quiet all day, except Studios- obviously. American visitors know what is coming and will be put off their one or two day stay. Locals will also be put off.
There seems to be a warning from them, yet an opportunity for anyone else to enjoy lines at minimal wait across all parks.
Lap it up if you are there now, and just keep yourself safe if 'it' arrives.

I think the locals have all been in the supermarkets stocking up. We’ve tried 6 different supermarkets today and can’t get water anywhere!

In studio's now, wasn't having a park day today, just a bit of shopping and chef mickeys for dinner at 6.30.
I was just checking mde whilst having a breather before returning to the buffet and noticed galaxy's edge was showing as open and the queue time for smugglers run was showing as just 80 mins so one quick bill and short car ride later we are here in the queue, really didn't think that would be possible on opening day without getting up at silly o'clock

We were also at Busch Gardens today. Just got back.
Didn’t arrive there until 12 noon but everything was a walk on - apart from the rapids which was 30mins.
We stayed until closing time and rode the new Tigris coaster 3 times in a row - didn’t bother to get off!
Also went on Scorpion and caught the staff sitting in the coaster waiting for people to come in!
We stayed on that one twice.
Been a hot & humid day today too, so was grateful for the short wait times.

We were at Universal today and was pretty quiet most rides (aside from Hagrid and Jurassic World) virtually no queues!

We did.hagrid at about half.two.today. from start of line to back out in hogsmede in 55 mins. Wait time said 90, when we got off it was back to 120. While we were waiting, they closed the single rider line for a while, seems odd thing to do!

i was looking on the app yesterday and saw FOP was down at one point to 60 min wait, and majority of the others in AK said 10-15 wait, so must have a been a slow one!

Who says there are no quiet times at the parks any more?

More seriously, considering Dorian isn't hitting Florida until Monday, have Americans already packed up and left 4 days beforehand?

Or the ones due to head there for a long weekend cancelled.
